We ship orders Monday-Friday
Please allow 1-3 business days for payments to proceed and additional 3-7 business days for shipping.
Expedite shipping is available please make sure to check out with the correct option.
Note: Confirmation emails with tracking information are sent after each order has been shipped.
Damages/Lose Packages
We inspect every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality. Once items are sent out Dolly Couture Collections is NOT responsible for any damages or lost items in transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us at dollycouturecollections@gmail.com
If we have not been contacted within 3 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.
Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you fail to receive it you will have to contact the United States Postal Service as it is now out of our hands. Number to call: 1(800)275-8777
